Once we receive the form, you will promptly receive instructions for the exchange via email.
Please note that product exchanges can only be made within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. During the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 6), the product exchange period is extended from 14 to 30 days.
The return costs for products you wish to exchange are free for customers in Spain, while the costs and management of the return are the responsibility of the customer for all other countries outside of Spain.
