Product returns

According to European and Spanish regulations regarding consumers and users, when making a purchase on our website, you have the right to withdraw from it within a period of 14 calendar days without the need to provide any justification or communicate the reasons for your decision. This period will begin to count from the day you have received the product or the person authorized by you has done so.

Likewise, according to the law, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the purchase of certain products, such as those personalized or made to measure.

To facilitate the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we make the following Return Form available to you, which you must send us so that our team can manage the return and refund.

Refund for product return

Once we receive your Return Form, we will reimburse you within 14 calendar days for the payments made for your order, including shipping costs, if these have been paid by the buyer at the time of placing the order. .

However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product (or products) of your order and have verified its good condition.

During the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 6), the product return period is extended from 14 to 30 days.

Return costs and management

The return costs are free for customers in Spain, while the costs and management of the return will be borne by the buyer for all other countries.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and without any signs of use or handling. If these conditions are not met, we will return the products to the customer and no refund will be issued.

  • Customers in Spain will receive a return label that they must attach to the return package (it is recommended to use the original package) and deposit the package at a Correos office, at no cost to the customer.
  • Customers from countries outside of Spain must manage and bear the costs of the return and send the return package to the following address:

Cancellation of orders

You can cancel your order at any time and without charge as long as you notify before the order has been handed over to the carrier for shipping.

To request the cancellation and refund of your order you must simply fill out the Order Cancellation Form .

The refund of your order will be made within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the Order Cancellation Form .

Product exchange

The customer may request an exchange for the purchased product(s) for others of equal or greater value, paying the corresponding difference if applicable.

Product exchanges can only be made within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.

To request a product exchange, simply fill out the Product Exchange Form and follow the instructions you will receive later via email.

  • The return costs for the product you wish to exchange will be free for customers in Spain.
  • The costs and management of the return for the product you wish to exchange will be borne by the customer from countries outside of Spain.

Once we receive the product you wish to exchange, we will proceed to send the new product. The price difference between the new product and the changed product will be charged at the time the new product is shipped.

If the order is very recent and has not yet left our facilities, that is, you have not yet received an email confirming its shipment, you will not be able to change it, but you will have to cancel the order through the Order Cancellation Form and make a new order of the desired product.
