CAN I MAKE PURCHASES FROM ANY COUNTRY?

Currently, purchases can only be made from Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and Europe. Please select your country from the drop-down menu at the top right.

ARE PRICES THE SAME IN ALL COUNTRIES?

The prices for products are the same in Spain and other countries. However, the shipping costs vary.

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY?

When you complete a purchase, a message will appear on the screen thanking you, along with the details of the order placed. Additionally, you will receive an email to confirm that the purchase has been successful and later another email indicating the shipping details.

If you do not receive these emails, check your SPAM folder first. If you can't find them there, contact our support team by sending an email to support@ariannaluccardi.com or through the contact form.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

If you haven’t registered yet, no worries! An account is automatically created with the email address you used when placing an order in our store.

To access your account, just click the person icon at the top right or follow this link: access your account.

To log in, enter the email you used for your purchase, and then confirm with a 6-digit code sent to that email address.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

  • Standard Shipping: €3.00
  • Express 48-Hour Shipping: €6.00
  • European Shipping: €7.00

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed from Spain take between 1 and 3 days from the shipping date, that is, from the day after placing the order. Orders placed from other European countries take between 1 and 5 days from the shipping date. On difficult dates, such as Christmas, orders may be delayed due to saturation of delivery services.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE ORDER / PRODUCT

If you did not received your order or you have a problem because the order does not match what you ordered, or the order has arrived but is damaged or broken, contact our support service: support@ariannaluccardi.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel it, use the Order Cancellation Form.

If the order has already left our facilities, you must wait to receive it and return it using the Product Return Form.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

The deadline to return an order is 14 days from the date of purchase. During the Christmas period (from December 1 to January 6), the product return period is extended from 14 to 30 days.

To proceed with a return you must access the Product Return Form.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

The client may request the exchange of the product or products purchased for others of equal or greater value, paying in this case the corresponding difference.

Product exchange can only be made within a period of 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.

To request a product change you must simply fill out the Product Exchange Form and follow the instructions that you will subsequently receive by email.

The return costs for the product you wish to exchange will be free for customers in Spain and the responsibility of the buyer for customers from all other countries outside of Spain.

Products returned to be exchanged must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use or manipulation. If these conditions are not met, we will return said products to the customer and the exchange will not be made.

Once we receive the product you wish to exchange, we will proceed to send the new product. The price difference between the new product and the changed product will be charged at the time the new product is shipped.

If the order is very recent and has not yet left our facilities, that is, you have not yet received an email confirming its shipment, you will not be able to change it, but you will have to cancel the order through the Order Cancellation Form and make a new order of the desired product.

HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

All our jewelry has a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, which exclusively covers manufacturing defects, such as uneven settings or obvious breakage at the time of delivery. In the event that a piece of jewelry has a defect covered by the warranty, a refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.


Our jewelry is handcrafted using silver or other metals with various baths (gold, platinum, etc.) and natural stones. Considering the artisanal manufacturing process and the materials used, the following are not considered defects: color changes in the stones, loss of pieces due to impacts, wear of the gold or other metal plating, breakage of earring posts, marks, nicks, scratches or damage from everyday use.

CARE AND CONSERVATION OF YOUR JEWELRY

Always avoid jewelry coming into contact with chemicals, as they may damage its color. Cream, perfume and oils can darken or dull pieces due to chemical abrasion.

We recommend removing any jewelry before doing physical activities or sleeping, since the pH of sweat can damage the piece. Likewise, it is not advisable to wear jewelry in the shower, pool or sea.

For proper conservation, it is preferable to store each piece of jewelry individually. If you use a jewelry box, make sure the pieces are in separate compartments.

Keep chains and bracelets closed and flat to avoid knots.

Jewelry should be stored away from humid places, such as the bathroom, and away from direct sun exposure. For pieces that combine leather and metal, it is recommended to minimize the leather's contact with water and dry it completely if it gets wet.

To store your jewelry, we suggest using the fabric bags that we include with each purchase.

I NEED AN INVOICE WITH ITEMIZED VAT

If you are a company or a professional and need an invoice with itemized VAT, you can request it through a form.

You will receive it within 48 hours.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE WITH INTRA-COMMUNITY VAT EXEMPTION?

If you are purchasing from a European Union member country (excluding Spain) and have a valid VAT number for intra-community purchases, you can shop in our store with VAT exemption, i.e., zero VAT.
