Payment methods

The payment methods accepted by ARIANNA LUCCARDI are detailed below:

ARIANNA LUCCARDI is committed to safeguarding the personal information of its clients, and to do so it encrypts credit card data. Additionally, during the purchase process, the customer's credit card verification code (CVV) is requested.

The CVV is a 3 or 4-digit numerical code that provides additional security control over the information recorded on the card. This security measure is designed to protect the customer against fraud. The CVV will not be stored in our systems and the customer must provide this number each time they make a purchase at https://www.ariannaluccardi.com.

Once the purchase request and the customer's data have been verified, and the purchased products have left the ARIANNA LUCCARDI warehouse for shipment, the price will be charged to the customer's account.

By clicking "AUTHORIZE PAYMENT", the customer confirms that the credit card is their property or that they are the authorized user of the card. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity; If said entity does not authorize payment, ARIANNA LUCCARDI will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with the client.

Installments payments with Klarna

How to pay in 3 installments without interest?

With the Klarna payment method, the Customer can split the payment of your purchase into three (3) interest-free installments. The first payment is made when the order is processed and the remaining two are made automatically every thirty (30) days, deducting the corresponding amount from the account linked to the indicated debit or credit card.

How to shop with Klarna?

  • Add the items to the cart and choose Klarna at checkout.
  • Spread payments over a certain period of time.
  • Select the option “Pay in 3 interest-free installments” to split the purchase into 3 payments, which will be made every 30 days from the moment the order is confirmed. The Customer only needs to enter the details of the debit or credit card they want to use for automatic payments and Klarna will remind them when the next payment will be made.

Who can use Pay in 3 installments?

To use the "Pay in 3 installments" option you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Spain and the holder of a valid debit, credit or prepaid card. By "valid card" we mean that it must be in your name and valid, with a validity date of up to at least 60 days from the date of purchase. Pay in 3 installments is a credit product and it is Klarna who decides whether or not a credit contract is established.

How does Pay in 3 installments work?

With the Pay in 3 installments option, you can divide the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. When you check out, you will see the option "Pay in 3 interest-free installments." Choose this option and enter your card details to complete the purchase. Klarna does not charge you any interest, fees or charges for using a bank card. However, your bank may charge you interest or fees if, for example, you use an interest-bearing credit card.

What cards does Klarna accept?

Klarna accepts most cards: debit, credit and prepaid. If we cannot accept your card for any reason, such as the expiration date is very close, we will inform you when you check out.

When is each installment charged?

At the time of purchase, we will block the amount of the first installment on your card. This means that you will not be able to spend this money on anything else. When we receive confirmation that the items have been shipped or that the order has been processed, the first of the 3 payments will be charged using that blocked amount. You can see it on your card statement.

If your order is not shipped, we will unlock or refund the amount and you will be able to use it again. The latter may take a few days, depending on your bank. The second payment will be collected 30 days after the first and the last, 60 days after the first.

We'll charge your card automatically when each installment expires, so you don't have to make the payment manually or worry about forgetting. You will be able to see the payment due dates in the email we will send you and in the Klarna app. Sometimes some stores (in-store or online) may not charge you for your entire order at once, for example if they ship items separately at different times. If this happens, we will create a new payment plan in 3 installments for each part of the order you place. Each of these parts of the order will have its own expiration date, depending on when the store processes that part of your order.

What happens if I cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order is subject to the store's cancellation policy. Consult the official information on the website in the Withdrawal Policy and always follow the store's instructions to cancel your order or, if you have already received your order, make a return.

Report the return in the Klarna app to pause future payments. Simply select the order and click "Report a problem". Once the store has confirmed the cancellation or return, Klarna will update your payment plan accordingly and refund any amounts already paid.

Return processing times are variable and can take up to 14 days, depending on your bank.

If you cancel an order, Klarna will void any outstanding payments and refund any amounts charged to your card as soon as possible. If you want to make a partial refund, we will deduct the refund amount from the remaining amount to pay. This amount will not count as payment, so you will have to continue paying the remaining installments on their corresponding due date.
